The Tahoe Paradise neighborhood is located
near the “Gateway” of South Lake Tahoe if
traveling from the Sacramento direction (close to Meyers)
and across from Country Club Estates. Popular among
both year-round residents and vacationers alike, this
neighborhood has a secluded wooded feel yet easy access
to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. The ski resorts
and beaches are just a few miles away. Add to the amenities
two golf courses, (Tahoe
Paradise Golf and Lake
Tahoe Golf Course) a well-equipped grocery store,
Tahoe
Paradise Park with Lake Baron and the Meyers bike
trail.
Tahoe Paradise is ideal for those who prefer a more
forested area with a sense of privacy. The homes in
this neighborhood range from older cabins to remodels
to new construction. Some homes are close to neighbors
while others are more secluded and some back National
Forest land. Great mountain views can also be found
in some parts of Tahoe Paradise. Overall prices vary
